Itinerary

Day 00Departure from Ahmedabad

  • Journey Starts from the previous night from the mentioned date
    • Departure Point: Vijay Cross Roads, Ahmedabad
    • Travel duration: 12 Hours Approx
  • This will be a overnight bus journey

Day 01Arrival at Saputara & Sightseeing

  • Arrival at the campsite in the morning, Tented Accommodation will be provided 
  • After breakfast, Visit Saputara Museum, Fish Aquarium and Rose Garden
  • Free time at Campsite till Lunch
  • After finishing lunch, we will trek towards Sunset Point, Visit Step Garden, and back to the campsite
  • Enjoy the Local Dangi Dance after dinner

Day 02Trek to Governor Hill and Adventure Activities

  • Early Morning, we will start our trek to Governor Hill Top for our Sunrise view
  • After finishing breakfast at the campsite, move for Adventure Activities
  • Free time for Team Games and Group Activities after Lunch
  • End your day with DJ and Campfire!

Day 03Visit Gira Waterfall on the way to home

  • After Breakfast, we will pack up our tent and will move towards the most beautiful place of our journey – The Majestic Gira Waterfall
  • After spending almost 2-3 hours near the waterfalls, we start our return journey towards Ahmedabad with beautiful memories
  • Arrival at Ahmedabad at around 10:00 PM

What are the things one must carry before coming for Saputara Camp?

The things which must be carried before coming for Saputara Campsite:

  • Shoes, sandals/chappal/sleepers, socks
  • Umbrella and raincoat, Plastic bags to carry wet clothes
  • 3/5 pairs of clothes, mostly full sleeves & underwear
  • Water-bottle, some snacks or chocolates
  • Sanitary Items: talcum powder, facewash, sunscreen
  • Coffee mug, spoon & lunchbox
  • Camera/mobile phone, charger, powerbank

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation would be granted by the Higher Authorities on receiving cancellation requests through email. The cancellation Amount will be counted on total camp fees only.

Cancellation Amount will be deducted as per mentioned norms

  • within 20-30 days before departure, 90% refund
  • within 10-20 days before departure, 50% refund
  • within 3-10 days before departure, 40% refund
  • within 1-3 days before departure, 30% refund
  • within last 24 hours before departure, 10% refund
